Diabetes, heart disease, obesity, arthritis, mental illness, cancer, dementia, and many more are running rampant. But why? One of the major reasons is the modern lifestyle and toxic environment that we all are subjected to around the clock. Modern medicine has very little to offer for these modern diseases except more toxins in the form of synthetic drugs.

Unlike synthetic drugs that only suppress symptoms, natural healing protocols remove the cause of the disease. With natural healing, you stop doing all the things that are making you sick and start doing all the things that make you well. A simple concept but it takes commitment for success.

So what does natural healing entail? It can be best described as self-care. The first step is self-love. You must first love yourself before you can take great care of yourself. Step ten

Eat as much organic food as you possibly can. The last thing we need is to add more toxins to our bodies. Studies have shown that people that eat more organic foods have less toxic build-up in their bodies than people that eat no or less organic food. Yes, organic food costs more, but your health is priceless.

Get a pet. Pet owners have better health and resilience and tend to live longer than non-pet owners.
